Job Responsibilities: To monitor and control all the activities production, planning and quality control in the department.
To achieve production targets while maintaining optimum quality standards and productivity. To provide support & guidelines
to sub-ordinates in analyzing and trouble shooting of various technical problems, which occur during various manufacturing
processes To control the inventory levels following the Just-in-Time (JIT) concept. To Waste control and cost saving by optimum
utilization of available resources. Maximize overall equipment efficiency following the TPM Continual reduction in rejection
and rework level. Participation in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for achieving production targets with respect to
production schedule, customers complaint, continuous improvement for process and quality. Productivity Improvement & Cost Reduction
by following "Best Manufacturing Practices. Maintain all documents related to quality like naught of spot, penetration of mig welding .
Consumption of raw material like Mig wire, adhesive, bush, sealant gun and some consumable item. Discussions for taking precaution
for eliminate paint defects.
