Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Assisting Regional Sales Team in tender participation/ quotes in regard to Commercial submissions, clause scrutiny, payment terms, GST etc.
  • To ensure AMC offers are been sent well in advance to the customers
  • Scrutiny of Customer PO/ WO/ Contracts (commercially & tax compliance perspective) once received
  • Making sure error-free booking of received PO/ WO/ Contract in SAP
  • Monthly error-free revenue planning and billing
  • Monthly collection planning with 100% achievement
  • AR management and reconciliations
  • Vendor management & commercial negotiations, GST compliances etc.
  • Timely issuance of PO on Vendors after negotiations
  • Making sure to receive material in time to meet the revenue plan
  • Timely booking of error-free GRNs and sending bills to HO/ Mahape as per set process for accounting purpose
  • Vendor AR handling and co-ordination with HO Accounts for payment release.
  • Sending timely requests to HO-Finance for EMD/ SD and further timely submission to the Customers
  • Monitoring of Due / Non-Due EMD / SD
  • Collection of Due EMD / SD (in form of DD/ BG etc.) and sending back to HO-Finance for cancellation of the same with the Bankers
