What we’re looking for:

Roles and Responsibilities

● Onsite/Off Site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of technical problems for end
users.
● Installation of Linux, Windows.
● Network monitoring system.
● Linux Kernel enhancement.

Job Description

● VoIP systems – maintenance and support.
● Shell scripting.
● Configure and manage routers.
● Setup virtual private networks.
● Install firewall, Access Control List, proxy on a network.
● IT Security - Vulnerability assessment and Risk assessment.
● Basic troubleshooting in Windows, MAC, Linux based Operating systems.

Minimum Requirements

● Communication skills – Primary requirement.
● BTECH – IT, Computer Sciences, Electronics & Telecom.
● MS Office (Google docs) use and familiarity.
● Ability to analyze, prioritize and multitask.
● Knowledge of network devices (Router , Switches , Access points)
● Able to work in 24x7 work environment.
● Having the ability to complete work before deadlines.

Good to have skills

● Knowledge of hardware and Networking.
● Linux and Windows 10 installation and setup.
● Familiar with Knowledge of shell scripting
● Skills for process improvement.
● Technical certifications (Like ITIL, CCNA, RHCE, DCPLA).

Salary Package

Freshers - Probation period - 12,500 INR per month, upon completion -employee will be onboarded with a 3.08L (includes fixed + variable pay) per annum salary

● Salary negotiable for experienced candidates.

Terms

● Opportunity open to Gurgaon-based candidates only - Candidate must shift to 30 minutes of office assistance.

● Probation period - Standard 6 months (can vary upon performance).

● ITIL V3 Certification is mandatory to be considered for real-time customer projects, must be completed within 30 days of joining.
● To ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between the employee and G8, all employees are required to sign a legal bond of 1 year, upon joining. The bond
period includes the probation period.
● Must have a passport, (Must apply within 15 days of joining).
