Job Description:
Role Requirements
  • Lead and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions transforming clients finance organization, including (but not limited to) process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design, financial change management, financial performance monitoring framework development and provide overall value addition to finance executives across industries.
  •  Implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value to clients transforming finance functions 
  •  Use appropriate consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to understand client needs, requirements, provide recommendations, advice, and guidance in end-to-end Finance Target Operating Model Transformation.
  •  Leverage leading practices in various industries to deliver effective business consulting solutions. 
  •  Draft project plan and approach, in coordination with the client and project manager, to effectively manage the engagement at hand and meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines 
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get a holistic understanding of clients needs and opportunities 
  •  Collaborate with Consultants to ensure an added value is delivered to the client Complete high-quality projects on time and within budget Build and cultivate successful client relationships with peer members Support business development efforts within the organization (proposals, marketing, etc.)
Desired Profile
  • Relevant experience in areas of finance organizations and/or management consulting, preferably from Big 4s or equivalents
  • Proven track record of working on Finance Transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign or service delivery model design projects 
  •  Good knowledge of the Finance function, processes and supporting tools Exposure / Understanding of relevant modules ERPs such a Dynamics, CRM, SAP, Oracle etc. will be beneficial Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills 
  •  Ability to identify key issues and potential risks and to make recommendations to address problems 
  •  Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing 
  •  Excellent client interaction and relationship skills as well as ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (with consultant colleagues and clients) 
  •  Passion for learning and creative thinking High level of reliability in order to deliver high-quality results on time Strong work ethics and proper handling of confidential information 
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.)
