Hiring for  Sr. Executive Excise / Dispatch

Job Title                                           :               Executive / Sr. Executive Excise / Dispatch

Reporting to                                    :               Vice President-Operation

Reportiees                                       :               Packing Team

Function / Location                        :               PPC, Excise & Dispatch

Job Purpose                                   :               Catering Dispatch Related Functions, invoicing /packaging & PPC related activities etc.

Principal Accountabilities            :              

1. On Daily basis F. G. stock receipt from production & dispatch.
2. Maintenance of dispatch Register record.
3. Daily basis F. G. Transfer Note takes from Production Manager.
4. F.G. Packing as per guidelines of customer and requirement.
5. Follow-ups for forging availability, and to keep track of forging status for all lines
6. To keep proper laizening with various Transport agencies for material dispatches.
7. Reporting to VP-Operation/AGM Operation on daily or as per guidelines given about forging status, dispatch status or about any issue related to packing etc.
8. Invoicing / Billing or excise related activates. 
9. Monthly F.G./ Forging Material / stock taking.
10. As per the direction of plant authorities and requirement of the company any job activity can be added or may be removed depending upon the situation.

Background Experience /

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills     :     Min 4 yrs in the area of Dispatch/Excise & PPC

 Any Graduate / Diploma/ Degree

 Team Working, Problem Solving Techniques, MS office, ERP
