Key Skills Required:

• The candidate should be from any of the reputed retail chains in India which have a good amount of Private Label presence in stores or online platform.
• The candidate should have great knowledge in the Houseware department. 
• He should have technical skills in terms machines, raw materials, packaging and also sound knowledge over commercials.
• Proven track record in handling plastics products like plastic containers, buckets, flask, casseroles and many more.
• Should have track record for independently handling New Launches for General Merchandise category.
• Should be a go getter and be responsible for taking critical decisions for smooth execution of projects.
• Should be a thorough team player.
• Should have good analytical skills and have sound knowledge on data analysis.
• Customer Centricity: He should be highly customer-centric and all the decisions taken should be taken keeping the end customer in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of Private Label Business in Home & Kitchen.
• Understanding the market trends & figuring out opportunities for new and existing category & sub-category.
• New Product development, designing trends by identifying new Vendors.
• Drive the Sales, Margin, and Inventory. Demand planning monthly/seasonal and production plan.
• Understands the consumer needs, competition and utilize that insight to initiate product level development.
• Work closely with packaging & designing team for the development of the product for consumer.
• Work closely with onsite marketing team for new launches and plan visibility of old and new products.

Must Haves-

• Candidates know the step-by-step production process of plastic household item like containers, bucket etc.
• Should know the about the molds, raw material and how to derive open costing of a product.
• What are the major cost heads in open costing of the products in plastics?
• Candidate should know where all to negotiate on the basis of open costing with the vendor.

Must-Haves :
Experience in Development of Good Private Label Business in Home & Kitchen (Even Plastic Manufacturing companies (Hamilton, Cello, PRestige), Toy manufacturing can be considered)

Exp in procurement, designing, costing, new Product development, designing trends by identifying new Vendors

Proven track record in handling plastics products like plastic containers, buckets, flask, casseroles and many more.

Should have track record for independently handling New Launches for General Merchandise category.

45-60 days notice period

Must be ready to WFO in Bangalore
