Job Description:
• Working with and Assisting Management Team with various analysis and special business
initiatives as needed.
• Financial & Business Analysis and Management reporting. Track, Analyze & Report
Company's Business Operations
• Perform analysis of data & trends, defines relevant parameters, and interprets Data/ Results
per business requirements for the purpose of determining performance
• Monitor key metrics, identify issues/opportunities, research, and escalate as appropriate.
• Work hands on and support/ coach other analysts as they develop reports or analyses with
an eye to build a strong team of analysts.
• Manage data and analysis requests from start to finish, including gathering data
requirements, pulling, and validating data, analyzing data, building statistical models,
visualizing results, synthesizing insights, and presenting results

• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and good knowledge in MS PowerPoint
• Good analytical skill
• Good stakeholder management – PAN India
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Education BE/ Btech
• Experience of 4 to 6 years
