Job Description Role and Responsibilities
- To carry out the reactor batches as per the instruction given by Production head or QC head.
- To coordinate with the Meter Operator for the dissolved sodium silicate availability.
- Also to ensure the availability of other raw materials and utilities before starting the batch.
- Maintain all the parameters of the reactor batches as per given specification.
- Take care of the PLC control system while operating.
- If calibrations are not found as per requirements inform the instrument dept.and shift engineer.
- Maintain all the related record of the reactor operation.
- Give the sample to the QC lab for the testing of the Lot carried out.
N/C batch to be kept separate. - Contact with the filter press operator for the further processing of the batch.
- Ensure the preventive maintenance program of the electrical, instrument and maintenance are carried out as per schedule.
- If any breakdown happens, inform the shift engineer.
- Keep the working area neat and clean.
- Ensure the PPE usage while handling.
