Job Description:
Roles & Responsibility
- Dashboard review of the team on regular basis. ( Production, sales and marketing, purchase, IT, Operations, Logistics, HR, Front desk and Housekeeping)
- Providing feedback to manager operation.
- Improving efficiency of system
- Implement new process/ideas for better productivity
- 2 days plant visit (weekly/ biweekly)
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
Preference / Skills:
- Experience of working in manufacturing industry
- Well versed with MS office and internet.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of operation management processes
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Self- motivated and proactive.
- Good self-learning ability
