Job Description:
Role :
- Ensure stability, integrity and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organisational functions.
- Grant effective provision, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems
hardware and software and related infrastructure.
-Monitor, maintain, support and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems.
-Identify, communicate and resolve issues in order to maximise the benefit of IT systems
investments.
Responsibilities:
Follow corporate standard to perform network monitoring
- Provide day-to-day operation support to internal users including problem investigation, performance tuning, server administration, security control, facility set up, system and user data backup, system recovery, job dispatching control, hardware upgrade and software version upgrade
- Provide on-going support and advice on network administration, PC server installation and configuration, emergency maintenance service when necessary support the implementation of the infrastructure project
- To manage the inventory control of computer hardware and software
- Support in-house Service System, VOIP, PABX and Network Systems
- BCP planning and conducting annual DR test
- Working closing with Regional and Group IT department
- Coordinating support for new and updated Coface HQ or regional deployed applications
- Providing support for regional or group projects as required by management (such as interfaces with information providers, customization of group tools, etc)
- Support ad hoc projects
- Shape the Network Security Policy into a policy specific to their own subsidiary
- Ensure the security and integrity of data systems and data network across the entire organization
