Job Description:

• Procurement and purchase
• Managing & arranging the technical evaluation process & commercial analysis process & resolving the pre-order queries & post-order queries.
• Monitoring and handling overall purchase operation of materials & commodities like Capital Equipment, Capex, Consumables, Machinery, Pipe & Fittings, Mechanical equipment, electrical components, Office administration & service contracts.
• Manage the inventory system of the branch, place orders to restock the merchandise while managing the outflow and inflow of the inventory by recording the day-to-day transactions.
• Structuring processes to maintain a continuous supply of materials and designing materials procurement plan along with quality and delivery parameters to support the production schedule.
