Job Description:
Dispatch & Logistics
- Preparation of Tax Invoicing.
- Preparation of every month forecast as per customer schedule.
- Monitor daily sales Vs. Dispatch.
- Maintaining FG parts stock Maximum/Rol/Mil level.
- Communication with the customer directly. (Phone, email )
- Maintaining Department for customer Audit/ visit.
- Preparation QRM data of every month.
- Preparation summary of monthly sales.
- Support to every department to material planning.
- Handling customer problems.
Logistics:
- Monitoring of dispatches, physically check-up of packing & shipment, Proactive and reactive response to the various customer regarding material status.
- Plan transportation as per daily dispatch plan.
- Follow-up dispatch vehicle up to material delivered to the customer.
