SCCM Architect
Job Description:
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide SCCM design and IT Infrastructure and Architectural support to the Compass Win 10 Image program.
- Develop & Maintain Compass Win 10 Image & its support Infrastructure standards within Compass Group
- Engage with Compass Countries and support them in technical readiness for transitioning to Global Win 10 Image
- Drive Cost Optimization for the Compass Win 10 Image Infrastructure hosted on Cloud.
- Drive adoption of Compass Win 10 program within Compass for enhanced operational efficiency
- Responsible for Compass Win 10 Image Infrastructure ( SCCM and Application Packaging, Win 10 Image, GPOs, Direct Access, CA(Certificate Authority) etc. ) support. Ensure timely resolution of issues
- Facilitate the efficient & timely investigation and resolution of problems relating to the use and operation of Desktop and related infrastructure systems (Problem Management)
- Responsible for the security, performance and availability monitoring of the Desktop infrastructure
- Implement change requests in support of the Desktop environment.
- Follow defined policy and processes
- Develop a Windows 10 Servicing (upgrade Rings) roadmap in-line with the latest hardware and associated client software releases and innovation ensuring the latest technology is available where appropriate.
- Provide support to the rest of the Compass Technical Services team when required.
