Job Summary:
This position must have the ability to communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to
ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately. Ability to be a Strategic thinker and have
strong business acumen. Must be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a
variety of business concepts.
Job Requirement:
? IT & Infra and Information Security Leader with 10+ years of experience spanning across
different industries.
? Experience in IT operations, IT projects, Service Delivery, Information Security,
Partner/vendor management and Technical consulting
? Must have led round the clock IT operations that served SaaS applications, Co-location
Datacentres, Enterprise IT, etc
? Should have the experience to aligned IT to business, re-engineered IT deployments to
deliver high availability, security, performance, at optimized cost
? Must have the experience Institutionalizing processes, procedures and certified
organizations for ISO 20000, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, successful SSAE16 assessments and
client audits
? Built, motivated, coached global teams to deliver results and stakeholder satisfaction
Information Risk Assessment, Stakeholder communication, educating users on
Information Security
? De-risked business by strengthening/introducing Information Security Controls, Metrics,
Reporting, audits for compliance, VA and PT
? Established DR and BCP requirements of the business, RPO, RTO that needs to be met,
documentation, user education, DR drills
? Program managed and delivered large IT projects – Datacentre build; Call centre build;
Enterprise security gateways, datacentre / application migration.
? Must have working experience in IT and Information Security responsibility which
includes hosting business applications in SaaS out of datacentres
? Must have managed the IT side of BPO operations in US and India with client
? Experience in Software development centre and Corporate functions will be an added
advantage
? Must have the ability to deliver without SLA breach, proactively eliminate single points of
failure, re-engineering deployment, strengthening monitoring, strict process adherence
? Should have experience in cost optimization measures like manpower, hardware/license
costs (virtualization; cutting sprawl; trimming excess capacity) and renegotiating contracts
? Business efficiency improvement by automating workflows in Share point
Infosec policy/procedures to align with business and meet regulatory/contractual
requirements
? Setup DR and BCP documentation, stakeholder education and DR drills
? Strengthened Information Security by bringing in various practises, round the clock
monitoring, and continuous user education
? Conduct Risk Assessment /audits to identify missing/ineffective controls and corrective
actions taken to de-risk business
? Must have led successful ISO 27001 certification, SSAE16 assessment and client audits

Other Qualification:
? Education in Engineering with a relevant degree or master
? Preferred, but not mandatory - Certified PMP, ITIL professional, Lead Auditor for
Information Security
