We are looking for a person who shall be involved in end to end solutioning of Company’s Internal Products. It will be a client-facing role, An ideal person has Excellent Excel Skills and Strong Communication skills with high affinity for clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
The job responsibility of a Client Engagement Executive will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of service/product to clients and to manage the client service team.
The person will play a critical role in being the conduit between the Corporate and the clients to ensure project success.
The various responsibilities performed in this role would be:
- Satisfaction with an organization's product or service.
- Ensuring client Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively.
- It provides a dedicated and professional solution knowledge base, together with deployment and domain expertise.
- Solution Specialist’s will develop and maintain an expert knowledge of Josh Technology Group’s Products and Applications, to a level that will allow them to demonstrate solutions confidently and persuasively to existing and potential customers.
- Possess deployment expertise and ensure that any developments in this process are understood and can be communicated appropriately.
- To actively contribute to the growth of existing clients and the generation of new business with measurable outcome
- Where necessary, liaise with deployment and systems design and development teams, with regards to functional gaps and software development requirements, needed for demonstrations (this may involve production of user specifications used as part of the systems design and development process)
Competencies and Skills Required:
A Client Engagement Executive should possess an in-depth knowledge of the client and services that he/she is managing. The candidate should be able to plan, execute and strategize effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail oriented and diligent
- Entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership
- Good leadership skills
- Any UG/PG Degree
