Hiring Business Developement Managers / Area Sales Managers

Job Description:

• Identify new avenues and appoint channels / dealers / sub dealers / distributors, to market the product

• Achieve and monitor sales target based on the performance of dealers channel

• Generate enquiries, maintain customer database and client relationship

• Demonstration and promotion of products in exhibitions, events, etc

• Educate the target market on new products and accessories

• Get a projection from dealers and distributors, prepare monthly sales analysis and make sales strategies accordingly

• Fill Order form, coordinate with Commercial team for the orders received and orders confirmed

• Identify gaps and try to bridge the gaps identified

• Follow up with channel partners for timely delivery and payment receipt

• Managing dealers channel and monitoring their performance

• Develop and execute schemes for dealers and distributors, negotiate on pricing factors of entire product range

• Respond to queries arising within 24 hours from the query being raised and try to reduce customer complaints

• Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

• Conduct external workshops for various product line for semi professionals
