Business Developement Managers / Area Sales Managers
Job Description:
-
Identify new avenues and appoint channels / dealers / sub dealers / distributors, to market the product
-
Achieve and monitor sales target based on the performance of dealers channel
-
Generate enquiries, maintain customer database and client relationship
-
Demonstration and promotion of products in exhibitions, events, etc
-
Educate the target market on new products and accessories
-
Get a projection from dealers and distributors, prepare monthly sales analysis and make sales strategies accordingly
-
Fill Order form, coordinate with Commercial team for the orders received and orders confirmed
-
Identify gaps and try to bridge the gaps identified
-
Follow up with channel partners for timely delivery and payment receipt
-
Managing dealers channel and monitoring their performance
-
Develop and execute schemes for dealers and distributors, negotiate on pricing factors of entire product range
-
Respond to queries arising within 24 hours from the query being raised and try to reduce customer complaints
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
-
Conduct external workshops for various product line for semi professionals
