Job Description:
- Position: Machine Design
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Salary: 3 to 4 LPA
- Prepare the layout of Machine in cad.
- Prepare the detailing of machine parts in cad
- Prepare 3D model of machine parts for Simulation & flow simulation (solid works) & CAM (NX-3).
- Run simulation & flow simulation (CFD) on required 3D-geometry (Solid works)
- Prepare drawing for Casting & Fabrication.
- Used GD & T Symbol in Detailing.
- Prepare the BOM & Bought list of the machine.
- Design calculation & material selection.
- Design jig & fixtures for new Development.
- Knowledge about 5S & Kaizen improvements.
- Knowledge about Manufacturing Process & tools.
