Role - Entrepreneur in residence

Exciting responsibilities include:

• Working closely with our core founding team with different functional expertise to identify problems in the current business model which need to be solved through the first principles.
• Post identifying the problems, work with the team to put together a solution through the fundamental thought process.
• Since we are building something which no one has ever built, our problems would be unique and solutions would need out-of-the-box thinking.
• Keep solving problems for the company and evolve as a generalist which can grow into a leadership position in the organisation.

Ideally you bring:

• Maximum 2-3 years of work experience
• First experience in fast-paced and high-performance work environments such as VC-backed start-ups
• Enthusiasm for the online industry and startup environment
• Hands-on mentality combined with an entrepreneurial “getting things done” mindset
• The mentality to solve problems independently, proactively, and with a practical approach
• Great analytical skills and a structured way of thinking while being a quick learner
• Preferably from IIT, NIs, BITS, IIM, MDI, or FMS only.
