Industrial Engineer - (diploma/degree in industrial engineering)

Job Description:

1. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, raw materials, and other methods for maximizing the efficient manufacture and distribution of goods.
2. Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
3. Ensure that products and goods manufactured meet quality standards obtainable in company.
4. Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
5. Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards.
6. Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
7. Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
8. Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
9. Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization.
10. Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
