Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

• 6 to 7 years of experience in product implementations/ migration, software support, software
services for a large end-user community.
• Work with the Learning Strategist and Implementation Specialists, Services in onboarding
customers – you will often be working with multiple customers simultaneously
• Manage multiple client relationships – especially working remotely

• Handling escalations system issues related to LMS systems
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the product training and project work 
• Communicating with all stake holders involved in the implementation process
• Able to effectively communicate as the internal expert with customers at an executive level
on in-depth technical details, progress, and next steps

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Knowledge on - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers like
–SCORM courses dispatch, Course Setup, Ticket handling
• Experience with SQL, MYSQL, PHP databases
• Experience in MSWord, MS Excel, PPT, Salesforce
• Advanced technical knowledge in the following domains
• Learning Technologies
• Single Sign On Protocols
• Use of APIs to build connectors
• Web Technologies
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent inter?personal skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
• Web administration knowledge / Web application knowledge
• Problem Analytical skills
• Knowledge on SSO / Basic Knowledge on AD
• Desirable: Advanced troubleshooting knowledge, with specialization in the domain of
Learning and Learning Technologies
• ** knowledge on healthcare domain / Learning platforms will be added advantage
