Job Description:

• Candidate should have prior experience of 5 to 9 years in Retail Finance Industry.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge of business environment of the specific region
• Should have sound communication and report writing skills
• Should have some knowledge about financial statements
• Should be able to conduct personal discussions with client independently to understand complete business model and ascertain cash generating capacity and associated risks.
• Should be conversant with word and excel.

Should have thorough understanding of KYC and related regulatory guidelines

• Ensuring that Underwriting is as per policy, with high level of understanding on the policy and process which in turn helps to keep the delinquency well under control with lesser errors, clear process and solutions in case of issues.
• Ability to articulate various risks associated with customers business, identify suitable mitigates and take appropriate decision to facilitate business after verification of financial and vendor reports.
• Ensure stringent implementation of the extant product policy and process across the assigned region

Monitor the credit productivity on daily basis and take corrective action to facilitate smooth functioning of business
