Role and Responsibility
  • Hands-on management of our core HR services, coordinating with HRBPs, Engagement team and respective shareholders to drive quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee exits, Background verification and Payroll functions.

  • Hands on experience with handling documentation of employees.

     

  • Experience in conducting background verification.

     

  • Maintain the HRIS and employee documents.

     

  • Assisting the onboarding team, and maintaining the documentation during the employee exits

     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     

  • Good listening and decision making skills.

     

  • Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.

     

  • Open to learning new skills and a getter attitude.

     

  • Multiple stakeholders managements.
