Manager - End User Services Manager

Essential:

·         8-10 years of relevant experience

• Experienced in managing end-user services at ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 23001-7:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 or similarly certified sites
• Hands-on technical experience of the complete Apple/Microsoft desktop stack Voice, Video, Printing, Tablets, WIFI, Video Conferencing, Collaboration Tools and Board Room Automation

Proficient knowledge of IT Service Delivery & EUS management, software and hardware management, ability to understand business processes and align those with technology solutions

Desirable:

§  Knowledge of Service Now, Remedy, AppSense, SCCM

§  Knowledge of Application Packaging

• Knowledge of Desktop Build & Patching process
• Knowledge around over all IT Infrastructure including Telecom and Networking
• Knowledge of Citrix VDI, VMWare VDI, VMWare VSphere, VMWare vSAN, VMWare SRM
