Roles and Responsibilities

• Good knowledge on maintenance of OSD Process equipment like Tablet Compression, Capsule filling machines and Check weigh er, RMG, FEE, Tablet Coating machine, Blisters and bottle packing lines, pass box, LAF.
• Good knowledge on maintenance and operation of Utility and HVAC equipment’s like chiller, Air compressor, AHU, Exhaust unit. Hot water generation system
• Handle the operation and maintenance of purified water system.
• Hands on experience in trouble shooting.
• Should be worked in shift
• Hands on experience in working with valves, pumps, Blowers, piping, mechanical seal, agitator, rolling shutter.
• Should be handled the breakdown and preventive maintenance of OSD process equipment
• To maintain minimum breakdown time and ensure the maximum availability of Equipment for production usage.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, GDP, GEP and EHS requirements.
• Issue of work permits for every activity.
