Job Description
Sr. Application Developer with over 6 to 8 years of experience in Java & J2EE technologies.
Java – Strong implementation skills with Java and J2EE.
Develop applications using JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, XML, AJAX, Java Script, JQuery, CSS, AngularJS and related frameworks.
Maven – Experience working with ANT Script, Maven as a build tool.
Spring – Experience working with the Spring framework. ( Spring MVC , Spring Batch is preferable )
Database – Experience working with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
Must be proficient in SQL preferably across multiple databases.
Design and implement services in SOA (Service oriented architecture) using SOAP based or RESTFULL based services.
Involve in database design and database concepts, specifically with DB2
Must have practical experience with unit testing using tools like JUnit.
Support application development, deployment, integration, QA and production using various tools and application servers like Tomcat and IBM Websphere.
Exposure to refactoring concepts and how they apply when building and maintaining high-quality solutions.
Comfortable with the concept of pairing with other team members to solve problems.
