Reports to: Dy. Manager – HR & Admin
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Required Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical Preferred
Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical
Skill, Knowledge & Trainings:
Practical knowledge of data center electrical equipment's, Power & utility equipment breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Core Competencies: Electrical Maintenance Functional Competencies: DG set, Switchgears, ACB, MCCB, Cables maintenance. Data Centre equipment's
Job Purpose: Building & Residential flats civil Maintenance, Area of Operations
Key Responsibility
HT & LT Switchgear Maintenance, Panel Maintenance. DG set Maintenance. VRV Air conditioning Maintenance.
1) Daily monitoring & upkeep of various equipment's like DG set, UPS, Electrical Panels, and Precision Air Conditioning.
2) To attend breakdowns of electrical equipment's
3) To carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
4) To carry out predictive maintenance.
5) Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment's
Any Other Requirement: Hardworking & Passionate, Self Starter. LOTO, Electrical Safety knowledge.
