Export Manager – International Market
- Experience in end-to-end international business development for Other Countries.
- Seasoned professional with proven track record in product life cycle management of FMCG
- New Product Development management.
- Internationally travelled and cross-cultural customer handling experience.
- Expertise in distributor and retail sales management.
- An effective communicator with human resource management and leadership skill.
- Ability to manage Kaizen activities and process improvement activities to improve org.’s holistic growth. AREAS OF STRENGTH
- Product development or NPD International Sales / Key Account handling
- Promotion: ATL&BTL Consumer engagement
- Negotiation Vendor management
- Brand management Quality management/Audit
- Export documentation Team management
- Expertise in lead generation for business expansion through trade exhibition, online and overseas business travel.
- Int’l market visit for business development and customer engagement program.
- Ensure and executing distribution management system and exploring new channels for sales growth.
- Define and ensure pricing strategy and negotiation with customer to determined sales and market growth of org.
- Research and introduce new product line to diversify business risk in new markets.
