The Challenge
Even if we wanted, STAGE couldn’t exist 5 years ago as the baseline infrastructure of
smartphones and cheap data was not available. That makes our application as a product and
the technology behind it as important as the quality of our content. The users that we are trying
to serve have never been served before in the digital economy and so we constantly have to
keep inventing new ways to make their experience more native on the internet. A successful
candidate will constantly look at data from all sources, all product funnels and all functions
across the company to identify new actionable insights which can lead to delta impact on the
overall outcome.
Roles and Responsibilities
? Be the single source of truth across the company.
? Constantly gather and analyze data across STAGE functions and product funnels to
generate actionable insights.
? Define success metric for every feature, product and function across the company and
measure them on a weekly basis.
? Build models to predict user behaviour around engagement, retention, subscription
conversion and renewals.
? Establish automated data dashboards MIS for each function as well overall company.
? Work closely with all functions in the team to deliver on all data requirements.

? Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data well
? 1-3 years of experience working in B2C product / data analyst roles.
? Ability to articulate complex data outcomes really well and outstanding written
communication skills in English.
? Experience in writing production datasets in SQL OR building internal/production data
tools for ETL, experimentation, or exploration in a scripting language (Python, PHP,
Ruby, etc.)
? Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in
established organizations.
? Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.

Dialect based Netflix for Bharat.
STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani
etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup
comedians, poetry, folk & much more.
Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi only as a dialect. It has become the
largest OTT in the region with over 100k paying subscribers in Haryana.
