AVP – Investment Banking

Job Description:

The position is responsible for executing company’s strategies in Investment Banking and ensures achievement of revenue targets and client satisfaction

1. Preparation of Financial Model, CMA as per requirement of the company such as Term Loan, Working Capital and Restructuring
2. Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandum, TEV reports and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders / investors to ensure successful deal closure.
3. Strong Analysis of Balance Sheet or Financial Statement
4. Vetting of Feasibility Reports
5. Business development initiatives -Tap emerging business opportunities & develop relationship with Corporate, Banks and Institutions. 
6. Relationship building with existing clients and bankers; Ensure dissemination of product information and new initiatives taken by the company to the clients.
7. Seamless execution of the Investment Banking strategies designed at the Head Office as :-

• Preparing the business plan, dealing with banking, institution, daily follow up with banks etc
• Corporate finance, restructuring , corporate advisory ,Syndication and restructuring , loan sanction etc
• Ensure 100% satisfaction to the clients by providing the best of the services to clients.

8. Liaising and supporting branches on any assistance that may be required.
