Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products of the appointed division to the targeted industries.
  • Develop Industrial business in the across India.  
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Initiate and implement business development activities
  • Identify customer & users need and new applications and engage with backend team to fulfil customer’s requirement
  • Initiate plan to grow business from existing customers and develop new customers
  • Appoint Industrial distributors in gap towns
  • Complain handling at Industrial Customer / Customer level and thereby ensure good service
  • Generate market intelligence and track competitor’s activity and proactive planning
  • To maintain Industrial Customer relations
  • To implement company's policies with respect to sales, credit, collection and other statutes
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
