Assembly Lead - Procurement Manager

Job Profile:

• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Should have proven track record against time.
• Improve the system and processes.
• Collaborate with key persons (Design Team and Assembly team) to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations from both the ways.
• Analysis of market situations with respect to supply chain.
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Review and maintain orders to ensure shipment schedule is being met within time.
• Review the team performance.
• Should have experience in BGA and LFCSP type assembly.
• Knowledge of stencil and reflow.
• Should have knowledge of any of the CAD software ( I.E. CAM350)
• Worked on gerber generation, reading the layers and identifying component's marking in various type of components.
• Knowledge of PCB types, grade and standards for manufacturing.
• Shall have handled team and able to guide them.
