Manager – Design and Development

Job Description:

Managing design team to deliver engineering support to factory / client / suppliers on time.
2. Technical Support during tender bidding stage.
3. Communication with client for approval on various drawings and datasheets.
4. Engineering support to Aftermarket to resolve issues related to maintenance, troubleshooting etc.
5. Designing and development of online compressor block and its components such as Cylinders,
Crankshaft, Connecting rods, Crosshead, Piston, valves etc locally to optimize cost.
6. Designing and development of online CNG package, Booster Package.
7. Development of alternative suppliers to optimize cost of package.
8. To check and verify Design output such as Technical Specifications, Data sheets, Drawings, Bill of
Material etc.
9. Involvement in cost estimating of product, lead cost optimization project of product.
