Job Description:
- Strategize and operationalize deliveries for all projects
- Lead the automation mission and drive the same into test deliveries for improving testing efficiency.
- Manage testing software projects from requirement analysis, developing Test strategy, planning, test designing, documentation & reporting.
- Consultation/mentoring to the module leads and test leads on test practices ,strategy and planning
- Reviewing the requirements of different Test Phases required for a Project to ensure Quality deliverables.
- Excellent management & client handling/communication skills with strong focus on quality of deliverables, Team building, Resource planning, Performance evaluation
- Drive best practices and provide guidance to the stakeholders on Testing Practices.
- Drive and own and sustain CMMI Level 5 mandates for the projects.
- People Management, Effective KPI discussion, guidance and mentoring. Manage conflicts internal and external.
- Vendor Management including Monitoring of vendor billing, review of monthly time sheet, submission & reporting activities.
- Conducting Technical Interviews and setting up training programs for project and test practice requirements.
- Own project migration initiatives, create proposals and support setup offshore delivery model
