- Position Purpose
|
The position requires credit underwriting and risk management for the Affordable Housing Loans. |
- Position Responsibilities
|

Key Responsibilities |

1 |
To appraise / approve the cases sourced by the sales team by meeting customer to assess the cash flows and business model |
|
2 |
Monitor the project approved for affordable HL by visiting the site frequently and give feedback to valuation vendor |
|
3 |
Maintain MIS and review the portfolio delinquency and suggest suitable actions |
|
4 |
Coordinate with vendors and keep a good control on all processes of home loan product |
|
5 |
Manage CPA/outsourced credit agency efficiency, TAT and quality of work |
|
6 |
To recommend any new project for APF post clearing the legal and technical. |
|
7
|
Good knowledge of local market , local language and local business understanding of the clients since this will be subjective underwriting
|
