Job Description:

Responsibility :

  1. Candidates should have experience of project management in water / waste water treatment, reverse osmosis, sewage treatment projects. Will be responsible for successful, timely & profitable execution & completion of EPC projects.
  2. Analyzing and implementing the master schedule program. Finalization of Project Schedule, micro level planning. Familiar with planning on primavera and MS Project planning packages.
  3. Concept design and finalization of project. Design detailing review and identification of possible effective options.
  4. Preparation of effective cash positive billing break up and get approval from customer.
  5. Timely Billing of works done & collection of payments.
  6. Preparation of monthly reports and customer monthly review presentation.
  7. Thorough understanding on all contractual terms and conditions of the contract. Handling commercial and contractual terms of payments with the client & contractors. Identify contract milestone.
  8. Detailing & Coordination with subcontractor, clients & Consultants.
  9. Thorough with documentation and customer communication.
  10. Analyzing and foreseeing possible factors which could delay the project and take corrective steps.
  11. Preparation of construction budget, costing.
  12. Plan for Manpower and P&M requirement for the project.
  13. Should be well versed with the contractual correspondences with the external Agencies.
  14. Preempt the possible extra items and find the alternate solutions with out compromising the specs and quality.
  15. Technical Knowledge : Hands on knowledge on IS codes and should have fair knowledge on structural design, strength of material aspects.
  16. Followup with architects, consultants for getting relevant data, drawings, information.
  17. Coordination between execution department, Engineering. Purchase department etc and ensure deliverable according to schedule.
  18. Coordinate and Monitor actual progress at site.

Project planning, control & execution/Coordination with Consultants/customers/subcontractors/Handling contractual issues/Billing & Collection/Site Resource management.
