Job Description:

Salary: As per Industry Standard
Reporting To: Business Development Head
Age: 30 years +
Qualification: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or diploma holder.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in an equivalent role.
Posting: Kolkata, visit to Assam as and when required. Preferred resident of Kolkata or North East.
Food, lodging & Conveyance: Guest house with all necessary amenities, food, Lodging & conveyance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Selling of Combustion Engineering Products to the Tea Gardens based on Natural Gas.
? Audit & gas assessment visits for the tea gardens with gas connection.
? Handle sales within region/area, thorough Product knowledge, presentations, and regular
interactions with clients.
? To formulate ideas to create new market entries.
? To plan daily appointment with customers.
? To monitor the progress of sales accounts i.e. collection, purchase.
? Maintenance of the records & Documents in the server & offline.
? Maintain an up-to-date scope of the Market & its competitors, Making Comparison Charts in
Excel sheets.
? Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting
improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
? Looking for different Business Opportunities in the Tea Sector for Horizontal growth.
? Remain flexible in filling other project roles as required.
? Purchase new machineries for the group.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Preferred if dealt with natural gas in his Post Graduation as specialization or in previous
company for minimum three years.
? Preferred from Boiler or Dryer industry.
? Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Proficient in using standard business software’s like Windows and MS-Office
? Strong ability to work both alone & in a team.
? Quick learner & aptitude in a fast passed environment.

? Client Relationships, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply
Management.
? Long term approach to work in a firm for at least 5 year.
? Average Common sense
? An aggregate of 60 % and above in Mathematics in the last examination.
? Min. 50 wpm typing speed.
? Candidates must be medically fit.
