Job Description:

ü Position:  Quality Head

ü Experience: Min 8-9 years’ Experience in above areas preferably in Plastic Moulding / Manufacturing Industry

ü Education Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with experience in Plastics Moulding industries.

ü CTC: 9 LPA

ü  Overall responsible for QA.

ü  Analysis of data and continual improvement.                                

ü  Coordinate activities of the development of new products including APQP, PPAP,  tool acceptance etc                                                               

ü  Disposition of non-conforming products.                                             

ü  Identify, install and monitor Statistical techniques.                                          

ü  Corrective action on customer complaints, internal failures.                        

ü  Control of customer supplied documents, national-international standards, and samples.                                                                                           

ü  Prepare, issue, and control of  Quality Plans.                                 

ü  Responsible for product and process change management                        

ü  Responsible to monitor safety characteristics if applicable  

ü  Identification of Aspects & Hazards

ü  Evaluation of Impact & Risk

ü  Identification of Key characteristics or (significant aspect & hazard risk)

ü  Preparation of Emergency Preparedness Response

ü  Monitoring of key characteristics on monthly basis Communicating significant aspects & Hazards within the dept

ü  Preparation of RMOP
