SCCM Technical Architect
Job Description:
Technical Requirements
- Mandatory – Technical Architect on System Center Configuration Manager (2012/2016)
- At least 10 years of experience in Leading projects on design, implementation, migration, configuration and management of SCCM atleast at a mid to large size IT Infrastructure.
- Patch management, System/Software Deployment, Asset Management on several thousand end points running Server and client applications.
- Mandatory – Good knowledge on PowerShell Scripting and automation
- Up-to-date with latest versions of System Center Suite
- Familiar with Could Technologies like AWS/Azure
- Experience with Orchestrator and SCOM.
General Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Proven ability to follow standard work processes. Also, experience in continuous improvement of processes.
- Strong customer focus
- Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment. This includes proven experience using good judgment around triage, resolution and appropriate escalation of incident and problem management activities.
- Experience working with vendors, consultants and outside parties to troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with a given technology.
- Proven ability to accurately document incident/problem resolution and knowledge management.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts across 24x7
