Recruitment offline:

Understanding the job requirement and accordingly drafting JD and getting it approved by the concerned person. Sourcing the candidates that match the desired skills-screening the candidate by conducting telephonic and personal interviews- Arranging technical interview and coordinating with concerned person-Communicating employment status to the applied candidates- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates- Doing background verification of short-listed candidates.

Recruitments Online:

Understanding the human resource requirement - Putting up relevant posting on different websites each month. Studying new ways through which we can get better, example some new websites etc. Checking all the emails and accordingly reply to them- Examine all the test files of transcribers and Translators, share a feedback with them, ask them for the chat, explain all the terms and conditions on chat, forward them to admins once they are ready to work. Maintain all the records in the sheets.

Induction and Onboarding:

When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him/her offer letter.

Explaining policies, procedures and culture followed by the company.

Properly filling relevant document of the new join as required.

Introducing him/her to the team and reporting manager.

Attendance- maintaining attendance, handling payroll, calculating monthly employee salary, approving leaves in accordance with the line manager.

Performance appraisal-Helping the seniors do performance appraisal in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.

Employees Engagement activity: keeping track on employee turnover and exit rate. Planning events and activities regularly on some occasions. Getting those approved by senior mgmt and implementing those. Online and offline vendors Birthdays, Anniversaries gifting.

Exit Formalities:

Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning. Trying to get constructive feedback for the company and trying to implement corrective measures for them. Doing the full and final settlement and issuing experience letter.
