Job Description:
Job Responsibilities :-
- Handling all bought out purchase as per delivery schedule. (Mechanical Items)
- Handling packing material planning & procurement and new developments.
- Planning and procurement of assembly itmes as per monthly production schedule.
- Handling price hikes for existing items and preparing comparison.
- Preparing weekly MIS and representing to plant head in confidence of HOD.
- Handling advance & cod payments and preparation for approvals , pending PR & PO control, resolving internal customersâ?? problems and resolving vendors issues.
- Work on cost saving & cost reduction activities.
- Resolve quality issues on daily basis.
- Follow up with suppliers for Continuous improvement in product & Service.
- Maintain Inventory level as per norms decided.
- Follow-up with logistics for timely material receipt.
- Localization of vendors & increase capacity of existing vendors.
- Making Purchase Orders and follow for timely material receipt.
