Job Description:
Qualification - MBA - Marketing/Finance or MBA in Power Mgmt. from UPES/NPTI with 8-15 months B2B sales experience in Renewable/Solar Industry.
Having sales experience in Open access/Rooftop solar would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Data Sourcing and Management
· Pre-sales activities including lead generation, quality research, calling up decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team
· Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
2. Generating Enquiries and Sales Meetings
· Prepare for meetings/calls via structured research about the target client
· Having effective sales meetings/calls in order to:
o Understand the solar/renewable energy requirement of the client
Preferred Renewable Energy advisor and Business Partner’s Solar/Renewable Energy solutions as best choice for the client
3. Sales Proposals/Transaction Management
· Create presentations based on the client requirements
· Coordinate with the Business Partners to generate proposals
4. Deal Closure/Sales Conversion
· Negotiate win-win deals
Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
