JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree of Civil or Diploma
Experience:
Minimum 1 - 3 years in the field of master plan, building, conceptual design of various
structure.
Requirement:
• Basic - A working knowledge of standard methods and units.
• Software – AutoCAD & Related software’s.
Salary:
5,000 to 15,000 (depends on performance)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Manage, design, develop, create and maintain projects
o Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings
and other)
o Carry out technical and feasibility studies
o Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications
o Assess potential risks, materials and material and labour costs
o Provide advice & suggestions to resolve problems & Monitor progress of
projects
o Produce reports in project status
o Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
o Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits Civil Engineer
requirements
Desired Qualities:
o Proven working experience in civil engineering Proficiency in site layout, grading,
utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Civil
3D or similar
o Licence of professional engineer
o Project management and supervision skills
