The Challenge
STAGE’s vision is to provide the best video viewing experience for everyone on various devices
from smartphones to tablets to smart TVs. We are looking for a Full Stack backed person who
loves hacking around the code in multiple technologies and is obsessed with code quality and
loves to strick balance between time and space complexity. Our aim is to build a scalable, low
latency distributed system with RESTful APIs.

Roles and Responsibilities
? Develop backend services that expand the capabilities of our CMS for the content team
? Optimize the performance of our APIs for STAGE
? Collaborate with Product and Design to iterate on our product
? Participate in design and code reviews
? Take product ideas from ideation to implementation

Expectations
? Growth and Ownership mindset
? 3+ years of experience working in a Software Engineering role
? Strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and software application design
? Experience in Node.js Express and obsessed about optimizing Mongoose queries
? Experience in working with Angular 4+
? Passionate about solving challenging problems and iterating quickly
? Previous experience in system design, data processing and analytics is a plus
? Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
