Job Description:
(Minimum qualification should be B.Tech & M.Tech And Exp 25+ YEARS)
1 He should have good knowledge of fabrication of cement ball mills and heavy machinery Equipment.
2 He should have good knowledge of Machine shop & Assembly.
- He can handle training & development planning for engineers and workmen.
- He can handle trouble shooting. If there will be any problem in production deptt., they will approach you and you have to solve the problem.
- Development of machinery for capital use.
- Jig fixture tools for the item made first time
- Cost cutting, Measure by implementing new machine tools, new methods of fabrication & fitting shop, power saving in the machines, scrap etc.
- Making of quality assurance plan & checking all the files of quality deptt. of the job completed as per QAP.
- Auditing of files of quality deptt. Intermittently and report to Directors
- Reply of customer letters and problem solving at site.
- With the help of past records of productivity, fabrication, mc shop, welding, fitting, provide improvement plan to group head.
- Route card of new jobs
- Resource planning of new jobs
- Macro level, 6 months planning & recommendation to the management.
- Location will be in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.
- Salary will be negotiable.
