Hiring of Production Mgr-Cement with OEM manufacturing company for Haryana

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay and to ensure target achievement as per production planning.

• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations

• To make monthly plan and ensure execution and planning for OSP items.

• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

• To ensure the quality of product as per drawing and standards.

• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

• To update the process so as to reduce the repair and rework.

• To fix bottlenecks in operations so as to maintain continuity in production process.

• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

• Time calculation & time to time progress review.

• Instrument and tooling management with respect to monthly consumption and performance review of the same.

• Solid works modeling and CAM programming for VMC, CNC-PLANNER & CNC LATHES.

• Collaborate with quality control, planning and other staff.
