Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Must have past experience of 3-6 years in HVAC Project Sales.

Must be able to do cold calls and field sales visits.

To acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, architects, facility manager and project management companies

To develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls

To perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers needs

To negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins

To perform complete and quality turnovers with project management after sales to support a successful job completion
