Job Description:
- Qualification : Should have passed BE / BTech (Mechanical/Prodution, Electrical)
- Experience : Minimum 10 yrs to 20 yrs of work experience from Engineering Industry having Batch / Mass Production. Hands on experience of Engine or Motor Assembly will be preferred.
- ROLE OBJECTIVE:
a) Firm Up Daily Production Plan & Loading Of Work Stations
b) Maintain Shop Floor Discipline
c) Trouble Shooting
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Achieve Daily Production Targets
b) Effective Manpower Utilisation
c) Comply With Requirement Of Assembly
d) Production Declaration In Sap
e) Control Over Scarp & Rejection
f) Monthly Stock Take
g) Data Feeding In M-DAT
h) IPQ Cell Performance
- TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
a) Assembly of Engine or Motor, Employee KRI, Improve cell performance.
b) Product & Process Knowledge, Assembly layout.
c) Reading The Drawings
d) Motor Application
e) Motor Testing Parameters
f) Supervisory Skill
g) Production Declaration In SAP
Salary: Negotiable. Not constraint for right canddidate
