Job Description:
3D Parametric CAD Design & Modification, Applying basic design concepts and creating proposals as per
requirement.
Implementation of standard design methodology while using Solid Edge for easy understanding.
Checking manufacturing and assembly feasibility with its environment parts.
Clash Analysis and Draft Analysis of the parts for better quality of work. Regular Interaction with clients for better
understanding of work and achieving customer satisfaction through Quality and on time Delivery of work
Solid Modeling of various mold components.
Working in Assembly environment for Clash analysis of child components.
Working on Plastics Components considering the tooling requirements.
Development Jigs and Fixtures for various assemblies.
Drafting of various Products (Assembly & Detail drawings), Mold developed drawings & machining drawings
for machine components for Manufacturing & Planning with Solid Works & AutoCAD.
Co-coordinating with manufacturing team for assembly & Tryout
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be CIPET / PD PMD / B.tech Mechanical with 4-8 Year Experience in Tool design
Good Knowledge of Unigraphics NX
Liaise with superior
to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic
goals
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational
objectives and apply improvements
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer
