Job Discription:

Essential

• Strong understanding of technical capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including capabilities and limitations of office 365 version
  
  
• Ability to analyze Functional and Technical issues and propose solutions within the product capability
  
  

• Ability to analyze all information obtained during the requirements gathering phase to translate customer vision into a detailed functional and technical implementation plan

• Experience analyzing problems, designing solutions, and configuring/developing extensions / plug ins for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  
  
• Develop application solutions to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool and SDK developer toolkit
  
  
• Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
  
  
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
  
  
• Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
  
  
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other back office applications
  
  
• Experience with Microsoft-related development technology, including: ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, Microsoft SQL server, Azure.
  
  
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 Certification in at least one of the following areas: Applications, Customizations, Configuration, Deployment will be preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM data migrations
  
  
• Experience integrating external data and systems with Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• Demonstrated ability with SQL Server Reporting (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience with using Power BI with Dynamics CRM
  
  
• Working knowledge of CRM’s interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, and MS BI Stack • C#/VB.net, ADO.Net, XML, T/SQL, JQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight skills
  
  
• Design, configuration and development best practice
